Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges in order to maintain the quality of our products and to prevent fraud. However, if you wish to return your purchase, we offer a credit code policy. Upon receiving the returned product (shipping fees excluded) a credit code of equal value to your purchase will be issued upon receipt of the returned product (shipping fees not included). To initiate a return, please contact us at (support@eunoiastudios.shop) within seven (7) days of the delivery of your package. 

* All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. 

*Please be aware, if you excessively return items, it may result in a temporary suspension or ban from the return policy until further instructions are provided.

*Exceptions for returns are accepted for defective products only.
